Subscription Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to MY PD BUDDY ("Subscription Service"), you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

Subscription Plans, Free Trial & Payments

    We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans with recurring billing, as well as a 24-hour free trial option.

    To begin the free trial, you must provide valid credit card information. No charges will occur during the 24-hour trial period.

    By initiating the free trial, you authorize MY PD BUDDY to automatically enroll you in the monthly subscription plan once the trial ends.
  • 4
    If you do not cancel within 24 hours, your credit card will be charged for the monthly subscription.
  • 5
    You may cancel at any time during the free trial through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • 6
    Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.
  • 7
    We reserve the right to modify pricing and features, with at least 30 days' notice for existing Subscribers.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

    Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until expiration.

    We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.

User Account & Responsibilities

    Subscribers must provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it up to date.

    You are responsible for securing your login credentials. Sharing account access is strictly prohibited.

    Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Service Modifications & Termination

    MY PD BUDDY may modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscription Service at any time, with appropriate notice.

    If we permanently discontinue the Service, Subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused paid period.

    We may terminate subscriptions for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations without refund.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

    All subscription charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

    Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution.

    For billing disputes, contact us directly at info@mypdbuddy.ai before pursuing third-party remedies.

Liability & Disclaimers

    The Subscription Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

    We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or external issues beyond our control.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

    Any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California, unless prohibited by law.

    Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

    Both parties waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

    Continued use of the Subscription Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
